Jumanoscraft Shipping Policy

We typically ship our products using the USPS. If a rushed delivery is required we will look at using UPS or FedEx, please contact us for rushed or custom orders! Our general goal is to minimize the shipping costs while at the same time minimizing the shipping time. When multiple items are purchased we combine as many of the products into a single package in order to reduce the shipping costs. We ship to the U.S. and international.

A refund will be issued if a customer over pays for shipping.

We would like to notify our international customers that there have been instances when the customs office of the destination country has charged taxes on the package. We have seen that this happens when the package has been held by customs. We would like to advise our customers to try their best to have someone be at the destination address when the package arrives so that packages are not retuned to customs for holding.
